Terms & Conditions

01 Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
• A booking is only secured once your deposit has been received.
• Liverpool Hen & Stag Parties reserves the right to refuse a booking request.

02 Payments & Deposits

• Deposits are required to secure your package reservation.
• Final balances must be paid by the deadline stated in your booking confirmation.
• Missed payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit.

03 Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any partial refund after final payment depends on supplier, accommodation, and venue policies.
• Changes made by your group may carry admin charges.

04 Accommodation Use

• Guests must comply with the rules of the accommodation and respect other residents.
• Any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items will be charged to the lead booker.
• Check-in and check-out times must be followed unless agreed in advance.

05 Group Behaviour

• You and your guests are responsible for all behaviour during the booking.
• Threatening, unsafe, or illegal conduct may lead to removal from venues or accommodation without refund.
• The lead booker is responsible for ensuring all group members understand these terms.

06 Activities & Entry

• Venue entry is subject to each venue's management, dress code, and security policies.
• Liverpool Hen & Stag Parties cannot guarantee entry where guests breach venue rules.
• Some activities may require valid identification and arrival at specific times.

07 Accuracy of Information

• We aim to keep all package details, prices, and descriptions accurate.
• Occasional changes may happen due to supplier updates, availability, or operational requirements.

08 Liability

• We are not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party suppliers.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us.

09 Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for events beyond our control including weather disruption, transport issues, strikes, or venue closures.
• Where possible, suitable alternatives will be offered.

10 Complaints

• Any issue should be reported to us as soon as it happens so we can assist.
• Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of your event.

11 Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of those courts.
